Official Rules – LEGO® Defender Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
 A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
 Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
  1. Sponsor: Giveaway is sponsored by Land Rover Allentown, 5254 Tilghman Street, Allentown, PA 18104, (610) 841-5700.
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible.
  3. How to Enter: Complete an official entry form at the Bear Creek Summer Wine & Spirits Festival on August 17, 2025, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Limit one (1) entry per person.
  4. Prize: One (1) LEGO® Land Rover Defender set (Approximate Retail Value: $199.99). Prize is not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor in the event the prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
  5. Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winner need not be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 days of the drawing. If winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
  6. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  7. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
  8. Compliance: This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
