I had bought my wife Sheryl the "08 Range Rover Sport last week at your dealership. I am writing you to let you know about the experience we had with Brigette at the Land Rover dealership. From start to finish she made it into an absolutely wonderful experience for my family and I ! She took the time to listen to our needs and answered all of our questions all while making us feel good about our purchase. Initially we came in awhile back and my wife thought the sport would not suit her needs for her and the twins so Brigette showed us the lr4. Sheryl still liked the sport though, But the point is, later, when we saw the sport at the promenade shops I definitely thought enough about Brigette to call her again about it. She is so nice and has a calm demeanor about her that just makes people feel comfortable!!! For many, the vehicle buying process can be daunting. I think that I am like most consumers in that all I ask for is a fair price and fair practices. I wanted to write to you to personally to express my gratitude to your wonderful dealership on the purchase of my Range Rover Evoque.  The SUV is an excellent machine and is exactly what I was looking for.  With this said, I must express to you that your sales/finance team are the best I have ever worked with.  

It all began with our sales associate Kevin.  He was walked us through every step of the purchase and went out of his way to make this the best experience for my wife and I.  Kevin has great sales acumen and I'm sure he is a valued member of the team.  I will be back in the next few months to buy a Land Rover for my wife and I will be calling Kevin without a doubt.

I also had the pleasure to sit and speak with Brian.  He is also truly a great member of your team.  Brian is actually from Clarks Summit, so we had some common friends that were able to catch up on his old stopping grounds.  Brian's approach to get me the best trade in value and discount off the Range Rover was refreshing and professional.  It was so nice not to have to play the "deal" game.  I must applaud the way in which you run and operate your business.

Last but not least, Jim in finance is a great guy.  He was able to shop the financing and actually got us a lower payment than what he originally thought.  He had all of the paperwork prepared and walked us through each document with in-depth explanation and professionalism.

I just wanted to extend my gratitude towards the Bennett family and
especially Kevin Patton for the great customer service for my recent Nissan
Frontier purchase. I spoke with Kevin several times on the phone before I
came to look at the truck and immediately felt at ease. His calm demeanor
and straightforward approach really made me feel comfortable from the start.
Talking to Kevin, and knowing the quality of the Bennett name, motivated me
to drive over 2 hours in the snow and rain this past Saturday to look at the
